Yes. All monthly content packages require an initial three-month commitment. This allows us to establish a consistent production schedule and build a cohesive library of visual content for your business. After the initial term, your package continues month-to-month and can be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice, effective at the end of the applicable billing period.

Packages are billed monthly, in advance, at a fixed rate. Each payment covers one scheduled content session and the agreed photography and video deliverables. Additional services are quoted separately. Applicable taxes are added where required.

Each month, we plan a focused photography and video session around your business’s priorities. Depending on your package, this may include products, services, staff, behind-the-scenes activities or promotional content. Photography and video are captured during the same session to make the most of our time together.

Absolutely. The packages provide a starting point, but we can adjust deliverables, shooting time or content requirements to suit your business. Larger productions, additional shooting locations and specialized projects can be quoted individually.

Finished photographs and videos are typically delivered within 7 business days after the scheduled shoot.
Larger projects or additional editing requirements may need more time, which will be discussed in advance.

The Growth and Signature packages include one consolidated round of reasonable video revisions, such as minor adjustments to pacing, text or clip selection. Standard photo colour correction and finishing are included. Extensive re-editing, advanced retouching and additional revision rounds are quoted separately.

Travel to one agreed location within the designated local service area is included. Travel outside that area, additional locations, parking, accommodation or other production expenses may incur additional charges, agreed upon before the shoot.

Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable advance notice, subject to availability. Monthly sessions are intended to be used within their scheduled billing period and do not automatically carry over. Weather-related changes, unexpected circumstances and exceptional scheduling needs can be discussed individually.

Your package includes permission to use delivered content on your own website and organic social media channels. Paid advertising, third-party licensing, resale, broadcast and other extended commercial uses should be discussed in advance and may require additional licensing. Any specific usage rights will be confirmed in your agreement.
